Quality at the
highest level

optiferm’s certified quality is the foundation for the satisfaction of our customers.

We demand the highest of quality

Our own high standards for the quality of our products have distinguished us right from the start. Accordingly, a structured quality management system that takes into account all current market requirements was and is important to us. We work with recognised QM systems that define clear processes and extensive control mechanisms. This guarantees a consistently high product quality starting with the raw material up to the final product.

Our internal standards for food safety and hygiene are regularly audited by external auditors as part of our FSSC 22000 certification. This independent certification proves optiferm’s quality level, which our employees strive to maintain and further increase on a daily basis.

Our in-house laboratory, constructed in 2019 in the new building, enables us to carry out quality controls on site and thus test our quality even more precisely. At the same time, we continue to work on technical developments to further improve quality standards.

We are committed to sustainability

Since we are based in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany, sustainable management is an important concern for us. We use resources in a measured and sensible manner, use renewable energies, have optimised our processes with regard to energy efficiency and heat recovery and work continuously to reduce our consumption.

  • 100% green electricity
  • our in-house photovoltaic system
  • heat pump

Our environmental management is certified according to ISO 14001 and is regularly monitored by an independent body. We are constantly striving to further improve our energy footprint through appropriate measures.
